Bring your little ones along—they can either cheer you on from the sidelines or join in the fun and boogie right alongside you! With infectious beats and joyous energy, it's an hour of fitness that feels more like a party! WARNING: This class contains mild flashing Disco lights. DISCLAIMER: Children must be supervised at all times, children over the age of 14 must be booked on as an attendee.

Cancellation Policy
Important notice: Please be aware of our updated booking policy. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the class start time will not be eligible for refunds, and rescheduling is also not possible within this time frame. As of 1st September 2024, we will only accept online payments. While walk-ins are still welcome to pay on the door, we cannot guarantee availability, so booking and paying online is recommended to avoid disappointment. These policies are in place to ensure the sustainability of our business.
