Want to get fit and have fun? Then our dance fit class is the one for you, it's a workout that feels like a party! Our routines are demonstrated under the disco lights by our professionally trained instructors, they're simple and easy to follow. With different levels, you can easily adapt the intensity of your workout to suit your needs. Suitable for all ages and abilities. The goal of this class is to get fit and have fun doing it, we want you to fall in love with working out!

Cancellation Policy
Important notice: Please be aware of our updated booking policy. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the class start time will not be eligible for refunds, and rescheduling is also not possible within this time frame. As of 1st September 2024, we will only accept online payments. While walk-ins are still welcome to pay on the door, we cannot guarantee availability, so booking and paying online is recommended to avoid disappointment. These policies are in place to ensure the sustainability of our business.
