Thanks for purchasing our products at Fleigh Activewear operated by Frances Leigh. In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 28 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 28 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. Shipment processing time All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Dispatch Confirmation You will receive a dispatch email once your order has left our depo containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages Fleigh Activewear is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. For delivery outside of the UK please see our policies page.

International Delivery Policy We currently do not ship outside the U.K.

We advise on washing our garments inside out on a low temperature, ironing on reverse and please do NOT tumble dry.
